This Privacy Policy explains how Syntrax Studios, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Dirt Racing Trivia at dirttrivia.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other personal contact details. The Site collects only:
- A display name you choose. To appear on the leaderboard you may enter a nickname. It is stored with your scores so the leaderboard can rank players. Please do not use your real full name or any sensitive information as your nickname.
- Game data stored on your device. Your best scores, chosen settings, and progress are saved in your browser’s local storage so the game remembers them between visits. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us except as needed to display leaderboard scores.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting servers may automatically log standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the Site running.
Cookies and Advertising
We display advertising through Google AdSense. To do this, Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies:
